Meet SignEasy for Zoho Writer

While the world continues to be spoilt for choice when it comes to online word processors, we like how Zoho Writer effortlessly pushes itself out of the lot. And today, we are incredibly excited to be a part of this experience as we announce an all-new SignEasy integration for Zoho Writer. Yes, that’s how we are celebrating National ESIGN Day this year! This comes in months after the release of the SignEasy integration for Zoho CRM, adding to our partnership with Zoho’s suite of business software. Zoho used the SignEasy API platform for building a simple and powerful eSignature experience into Zoho Writer.

With this integration, users can now sign documents or send them for signature, directly from Zoho Writer. It fits in seamlessly in the process of word document creation and collaboration. For instance, once the user has drafted an NDA, contract, service agreement (or just about anything else) and collaborated with others for a review or discussion, they can sign it themselves or send it out for signature. It all happens in a few clicks – all that the user needs is a one-time linking of their SignEasy account with Zoho Writer. No further encounters with the clunky printers, fax machines, and scanners. Here’s how it works.

Linking your SignEasy account with Zoho Writer

  • Click the Electronic Signature option under Distribute and select SignEasy.

  • Click Add Account.  You will be asked to log into your SignEasy account.

  • Next, authorize Zoho Writer to access your SignEasy documents and account details by clicking Accept. Once done, your SignEasy account will be linked with Zoho Writer.

Using SignEasy for Zoho Writer

  • Click the Electronic Signature option under Distribute and select SignEasy.

  • Click Upload to upload the Zoho Writer document into your SignEasy account. Once done, click Next.

  • Choose between Self Signing and Remote Signing to proceed with the workflow.
